ABU DHABI ? General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received on Sunday at the Bateen Palace Yemeni Foreign Minister Dr Abu Backer Al Qarbi. During the meeting, which was attended by Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, Gen.Shaikh Mohammed received a letter from Yemen’s Vice-President Abdu Rabu Mansoor Hadi to the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The letter pertained to the current developments in Yemen and the efforts made to overcome the political crisis there. The meeting was also attended by Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, and Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazroui, Undersecretary at the Crown Prince’s Court.—View the original article here
