ABU DHABI ? Owners of low-cost houses in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi will be allowed to let annexed units to families under new instructions issued by General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council. The new instructions define these units as those demolished and rebuilt or those obtained construction permissions for additional units before issuance of administrative order 108 dated September 23, 2010, which allows building of only one unit upon recommendation of a technical committee after consideration of ?the special social cases of applicants.
